HelloCars Incident Report Form

If you or any authorised driver has been involved in an accident or theft of your HelloCars Subscription vehicle, you are required contact HelloCars via email and submit the incident report form available via the link below.


Starting the claims process

When making a claim, it is important to provide as much detail as possible. This includes:

Details of the person who was driving your car at the time of the incident

We need to understand if you or one of your nominated drivers was responsible for the vehicle at the time of the incident.

Details of any other drivers involved

If any other drivers are involved, it's important to provide their details, including their name, phone number, address and drivers license details.

Details of any other cars involved

We also need to know details about any other cars involved, including the registration number, make and model, colour - ideally with photos from the scene of the accident.

Details of any witnesses, including what they saw

If any witnesses are able to support your version of events, it's important to provide their details and a statement of what they saw.
