Promotional Terms and Conditions
1. Duration of Promotion: This promotion commences at 12:00AM AEDT on November 7, 2023, and concludes at 11:59PM AEDT on November 27, 2023.

2. Eligibility: This promotion is open only to new subscribers of Loopit who are over the age of 18 and initiate a subscription during the promotional period.

3. Application of Coupon: The BLACKFRIDAY coupon code must be entered at the time of application to be eligible for the promotion. Only one coupon code is permissible per transaction.

4. Promotional Offer Stages:
November: Eligible subscribers will receive a discount of $20 off their weekly subscription fee for the first 4 consecutive weeks. The maximum discount for this period is capped at $80.
December: Eligible subscribers will be credited with a kilometre booster pack at no extra charge. The specifics of the booster pack, including any limitations or conditions, will be communicated directly to the subscriber.
January: Eligible subscribers are entitled to add an additional driver to their subscription at no extra charge.

5. Continuity Clause: To be eligible for the subsequent benefits (December and February offers), the subscriber must maintain an uninterrupted subscription with Loopit. Any interruption or cessation of the subscription will result in forfeiture of the upcoming rewards.

6. Exclusions: This promotional offer cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion provided by Loopit. Any unused portion of the promotional offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

7. Redemption: The subscriber's subscription must be activated, and the vehicle must be collected for the promotional benefits to be valid. Benefits will be applied directly to the subscriber's account.

8. Termination: Loopit reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the promotion at its discretion, without prior notice, in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.

9. Limitation: Promotional benefits derived from this campaign cannot be used to offset any outstanding balance on the subscriber's account.

10. Liability: Loopit cannot be held responsible for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of, or in connection with, this promotion.

11. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
