'No contact' pick-up and drop-off
HelloCars is practicing 'no contact' pick-up and drop-off for our vehicles. For your peace of mind, our team members will remain at a safe distance at all times and at no point will a team member be in a vehicle at the same time as you. Please ensure all necessary documentation is completed online before arriving, and follow the instructions of our team regarding social distancing and best practices.
Phone support delays

New limits on reserving a vehicle online
HelloCars have made some changes to ensure fair access to vehicles for all new customers from Friday, March 19. Reservations to purchase or subscribe to a vehicle may only be kept for up to 48 hours. If the vehicle has not been collected before this time, unless there is a genuine reason to extend the reservation your deposit will be refunded and the vehicle will then be made available to other customers. It has always been HelloCars policy to make vehicles available at our $99 weekly price point, however due to current volumes this will now be subject to availability.
What else is HelloCars doing to protect team members and customers?
Our team members are taking the proper safety precautions to ensure strict health and hygiene procedures, including regular hand washing, sanitisation and wearing gloves when in vehicles. The main touch points in our vehicles are disinfected before and after coming in contact with any customers for added peace of mind.
